This year’s NYFW trip was short and sweet. We arrived in New York early on Saturday morning and left late Sunday night, but I left feeling just as inspired as I did last year.
I was able to attend three of the same shows that I attended last year and I absolutely LOVED each one of them. I took lots of photos at each show that I look forward to sharing in a post.
For my first day in the City, I knew we wouldn’t have access to our hotel room yet, so it would need to be an easy change. It had to be something that I could take from travel to fashion shows.
I picked out this gold shimmery dress a couple months ago at H&M. I could not longer find it online, but found a similar option that I linked below. Since the weather was a bit chilly, I added my favorite trench coat – this blush pink one. I have had it since last winter and worn it on so many occasions. I love how it’s slightly drapey – not quite as structured as a traditional trench coat, but it can still pull a look together. I added these bright pink ball drop earrings from Amazon (they’re under $10!).
I wore these black round sunglasses (also, under $10). I finished the look with these bright pink low block heels. They’re incredibly comfortable and great for walking around a big city like New York. They also add just a little bit of height.
What’s your favorite part of this look?
