If you’ve been following along on Instagram, you may have already seen this look. My favorite thing about spring is that I can comfortably wear dresses. I’m not a “pants person” and I love that a dress can be an easy, one-stop look. Old Navy has so many cute dresses this season. It’s one of my favorite places to pick out affordable workwear items.
For this look, I started with the blue floral fit & flare dress. I love that the sleeves come about halfway down the arm (perfect for the office) and have little flare sleeves (add a little fun). The neckline is a nice, simple v with slight ruffles by the neck. It also is gathered at the waist, which creates a nice shape.
In the office, I may add a lightweight sweater and when I’m outside, I put on my trench coat. I LOVE a good trench coat. It is the perfect way to pull an outfit together. The trench coat in this post is from ASOS a few seasons ago, but they usually carry several good quality, affordable options. I also frequently wear this drapey trench coat in blush pink.
I typically wear flats to work – these are a tiny leopard print, but you could also wear solid ballet flats (maybe in pink?).
