The Market Italian Village in Columbus, Ohio is a full service restaurant, cafe, and specialty market.
I was invited to check them out in preparation for the annual Dress for Success annual event – Dine Drink Dress, which is held at the Bluestone. This year’s event will be Thursday, June 16th from 6-9pm. You can still buy your tickets here.
If you’re not familiar with Dress for Success, it’s an organization that helps women gain “economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire, and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.”
The Market Italian Village is one of the local restaurants supporting the event with their delicious food. The Market IV is part of the A&R Creative Group’s growing list of local hotspots. They own the Crest, Ethyl & Tank, Alchemy, and Hoof Hearted brewery to name a few. They pride themselves on using local products, supporting local organizations, and working with small, family-owned companies.
At Dine Drink Dress, they will be serving up their famous market meatball. While I was there, I tried a vegetarian Ratatouille, a market latte, and took home some baked goods from Hoof Hearted. Everything I tried was fresh and delicious. With it’s convenient location, I’ll definitely be back for coffee and a pastry or for dinner.
