Who is excited for Thanksgiving this week? It’s exciting to think that we are kicking off the holiday season. I feel like it snuck up on me this year because we had such a long, warm, beautiful fall! However, the weather changed pretty drastically this weekend. On Friday, we enjoyed weather in the 70’s, but Saturday dropped into the low 30’s with windchill temperatures in the 20’s! Needless to say, shooting outside on Saturday and Sunday was pretty cold.
I love fall, but once the weather turns bitterly cold, I start to ask myself why I don’t live somewhere warmer like South Florida. Anyone else?
In today’s post, I’m sharing this fun, midi dress from Tobi. I feel like the color is perfect for winter – dark, but a nice pop of color with the other black accessories. I added a simple faux fur jacket, black heels, and statement earrings to create a look for going out. I’d wear this out for a nice dinner in the evening. I could also see styling it with some sassier heels for a night out.
