Welcome to my blog!
Along with most or maybe all twenty-somethings, I have found the time post-college is an adventure to say the least. The carpet is pulled out from under you and it’s time to decide what it is that you want to do with your life. The structure of school and the straight path from kindergarten through college is finished and suddenly, there are choices and there are new responsibilities. As I have struggled to figure out what it is that I want to do for employment and considered jobs in almost every field, some things have stayed consistent for me —
I still love photography and have consistently worked to improve my craft. I have even created a small business.
I also love to write, travel, shop, and find inspiration.
So I thought, why not combine those things into something I could share with others? Thus, the birth of this blog – A Few of My Favorite Things!
Though I have poured myself into making it the best I can possibly make it at this point, it’s still in its infancy. I look forward to seeing all the ways it will evolve over the years.
