After the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame is perhaps the most recognized structure in Paris.
Paris is one place I have been dreaming about recently – literally. I’ve been playing French music, watching Jacques Pepin’s cooking, and pinning images of Paris on Pinterest.
I have only been to Paris once – too briefly. A few years ago, I was taken through Paris on a layover back to the States. Since I arrived in the afternoon and had to leave early the next morning, there wasn’t much time to explore. I was, however, fortunate enough to reach Notre Dame and the Eiffel Tower. I navigated the rail system from my hotel near the airport into the main part of the city and right to Notre Dame before heading to the Eiffel Tower. I can’t get over the elaborate architecture and the attention to detail.
